Dimmu Borgir: Una Poderosa Fuerza Nórdica del Black Metal Exclusiva para Latinoamérica
Majestuoso, oscuro y sinfónicamente extremo! Son elementos dignos del programa que ofreceremos en nuestra serie de Entrevistas Internacionales, y que sin duda alguna nuestro próximo invitado tendrá todo el interés de parte de la comunidad del metal a nivel mundial, en especial aquellos que son amantes del Black Metal.
Johonny González de Conexión Rock Radio tuvo el honor de conversar hasta Noruega con Stian Tomt Thoresen, mejor conocido como Shagrath, fundador y compositor de la banda de Black Metal Sinfónico Dimmu Borgir, y que en esta entrevista especial nos comparte todo lo relacionado con el más reciente lanzamiento de la banda en vivo llamado Forces Of The Northern Night, editado vía Nuclear Blast Records marca un punto importante en la historia de la banda cuando celebran sus 25 años de una extensa trayectoria discográfica y que lo celebran junto con sus seguidores en dos escenarios diferentes, el primero en Oslo con la participación de The Norwegian Radio Orchestra and Choiry, el segundo en el legendario Wacken Open Air en compañía de The National Czech Symphonic Orchestra, y que en ambos conciertos colabora la vocalista Agnete Kjølsrud.
Además del lanzamiento de este álbum en vivo se anuncia un nuevo trabajo discográfico que será el sucesor de Abrahadabra, y que verá la luz en otoño de este año, y que para 2018 se iniciara una espectacular gira mundial donde visitaran varios países de diferentes continentes.
Por otro lado el anuncio del lanzamiento del nuevo álbum de su proyecto llamado Chrome Division, y que según en palabras de Shagrath todo esta listo, y lo que desea por ahora es compaginar compromisos en directo, ya que con Dimmu Borgir está la prioridad principal para el nuevo proceso de grabación.
También nos comenta de la importante decisión de que la banda se quede como un power trio que se complementan con Galder y Silenoz en las guitarras y bajo respectivamente, acompañados de excelentes músicos, en esta oportunidad de Daray en la batería, Cyrus en las guitarras, y de Gerlioz en los teclados.
