Analisis de Heart Of Jordan
Heart of Jordan
Self-titled Debut Aeonic Records Review by Johonny Gonzalez @conexionrockhn Speaking of modern metal in our times involves several factors, including a production that meets the demands of its fans, on the other hand that its proposal is striking for the media and seeks to reach new audiences to be able to expand its sound to several continents around of the world. This is the sound proposal of the band that we will have in analysis and that is called Heart Of Jordan, same that have released their debut album via Aeonic Records, and that we present in this space that we dedicate to the releases that come to light in 2018 , and this will undoubtedly draw the attention of those who are lovers of Alternative Metal combined with Hard Rock and Metalcore. Formed in 2017 by the hand of five musicians combined their talents to achieve an interesting explosion of power, melody, speed and a breath of fresh air, interesting influences such as Killswitch Engage, Underoath, Slayer, Hatebreed, All That Remains, Deftones, others, resulting in an album of 10 tracks that start at the end will not lower your guard once push your player. Heart Of Jordan is currently formed by Preston Mailand in the Vocals, Eric TenEyck and Elijah White on Guitars, Daniel Ray Fell Jr. the Bass and Andrew Everett in the Drums.
We enter the sonic section of the album, as we discussed at the beginning here the band presents us with a fresh and balanced production on all their instruments with lyrics that speak of love, hate, rage, and the different moods of the human being that make this album the perfect excuse for a sonic catharsis. We started with Throne Alone, which is the starting signal, and that would define the path that the band intends to make in the rest of the album, forceful and that will leave the listener impressed by the first listen. Dynamic structures are presented in tracks such as No Escape, Schizo and Deny that become the highlights that the Drums imposes the base at double speed between the vertiginous vocal changes that Eric makes in each track imposing his own domain. In Eye we present a more rhythmic variation without losing strength, without a doubt this track will be one of the highlights for a live show, in the same path continues Your Vengeance where the guitars are protagonists of this track making a perfect contrast within the sound of the band generating that dynamic atmosphere that the band seeks and achieves in this result under study. The pedal accelerates again in a frenetic way with Deaf Ears where the clean and guttural vocal changes will make it another of the strong singles within the album and a candidate to appear on video. Then comes Echoes Still Remain, a forceful download of Metalcore is manifested in this track and perfect to make a mosh in the pit. The end of the album is Enslaved and it leaves the flag high for the listener to stay in a state of shock or repeat the dose if necessary. In conclusion we have a work that is a powerful cover letter for a band that is debuting on high, and that seeks to open the door in several horizons so that its name appears in several festivals around the world, and that these gentlemen come to occupy a place and a throne as one of the revelations within modern metal is concerned, and we are witnesses that something good we have in our hands!
