Nueva York es nuestra nueva parada, y ahí conversamos con Ann Courtney, voz y fundadora de Mother Feather, una banda que regresa con energías renovadas, y que en esta ocasión nos presentan su nuevo trabajo discográfico llamado Constellation Baby, mismo que es lanzado a través de Metal Blade Records a nivel mundial.
La historia de esta banda se remonta en 2009 cuando Ann decide formar una banda completamente diferente cuyo impacto en la escena sea el resultado de la actitud y de la perfecta química de sus integrantes. Es ahí cuando conoce a Elizabeth Carena, quien sería su compañera en esta aventura, y quien toca el teclado y a la vez las voces, de igual manera se complementan a la formación Chris Foley en las guitarras, Gunnar Olsen en la Batería y Seth Ondracek en el Bajo.
Tras varios esfuerzos se dan a conocer en escena con varios EP, pero fue hasta 2016 cuando son fichados por Metal Blade Records y lanzan su debut auto titulado, logrando buenas críticas y ganando fans en sus presentaciones, a partir de ahí la historia para Mother Feather se escribe, y ahora con Constellation Baby regresan con el desafío de superar expectativas en un trabajo con pasajes oscuros y melancólicos pero que contrastan entre el brillo, la alegría y elegancia.
Te invitamos a una emisión donde conocerán de su protagonista principal sus orígenes y donde el Pop Cock Rock será el elemento principal entre el Glam y la energía que Mother Feather nos impondrá en este retorno... en este mundo habran personas que amaran esta banda pero también detractores! New York is our new stop, and there we talked with Ann Courtney, voice and founder of Mother Feather, a band that returns with renewed energy, and that this time we present their new album called Constellation Baby, which is released through of Metal Blade Records worldwide.
The history of this band goes back in 2009 when Ann decides to form a completely different band whose impact on the scene is the result of the attitude and the perfect chemistry of its members. That's when he meets Elizabeth Carena, who would be his partner in this adventure, and who plays the keyboard and at the same time the vocals, in the same way they complement the lineup Chris Foley on the guitars, Gunnar Olsen on the Drums and Seth Ondracek on the Bass.
