Dinamarca es nuestra nueva parada en las entrevistas de Conexión Rock Radio iniciando con fuerza el 2019 nos detenemos en Islas Feroe donde conoceremos la historia de una interesante banda que regresa por la puerta grande tras varios años de silencio con un nuevo trabajo discográfico que consolida su carrera, y que espera pronto compartir este momento especial con sus fans en todo el mundo.
Conversamos con el Guitarrista y Vocalista de la banda de Folk Metal Progresivo TYR, Heri Joensen quien nos brinda detalles importantes acerca del su nuevo álbum llamado HEL, y que saldrá a la venta en los primeros días del mes de Marzo vía Metal Blade Records en todo el mundo.
TYR es una banda que se forma en 1998 en Dinamarca, pero sería hasta 2002 cuando se dan a conocer a nivel mundial con su debut How Far To Asgaard, a partir de ahí se inicia una interesante historia con muchas giras y albums que para sus fans son considerados clásicos.
Actualmente la banda además de Joensen se complementa con Gunnar Thomsen en el Bajo y Vocales,Tadeusz Rieckmann en la Batería, y la reciente incorporación la representa Attila Vörös en las Guitarras y que viene a reemplazar a Terji Skibenæs.
Según nuestro invitado este nuevo trabajo viene con una dirección más melódica pero a la vez pesada y oscura que sus trabajos anteriores, y que para muchos esta nuevo entrega será un desafío a superar para albums como Valkyrja, By the Light of the Northern Star o Ragnarok.

We talked to the Guitarist and Vocalist of the Progressive Folk Metal band TYR, Heri Joensen who gives us important details about his new album called HEL, and that will go on sale in the first days of March via Metal Blade Records in all the world.
