Fuerzas Aliadas Que Permanecen En La Línea Conexión Rock Radio en este episodio de sus entrevistas internacionales hace honores a la trayectoria de una banda que para muchos se merece el mayor de los reconocimientos a nivel mundial, por su historia y discografía, y que han dejado para las nuevas generaciones un legado que hasta el día de hoy permanece fuerte! Nuestra parada obligatoria fue en Canadá, precisamente en Mississauga, lugar de procedencia de la banda TRIUMPH, y es su Baterista y Vocales: GIL MOORE quien nos recibe en su hogar para conversar en este programa de las importantes noticias que la banda tiene para sus fans en 2020, entre ellos el lanzamiento de su documental biográfico llamado Triumph: Lay On The Line, que saldrá a finales de 2020 e inicios de 2021 vía Banger Films, y que recopilara los mejores momentos de varias épocas de la banda en fotografía, video y memorabillia especial que será del gusto de sus fans, y particularmente de las impresiones de sus protagonistas a través de sus diferentes líneas de tiempo reflejadas en varias giras, albums que son considerados de culto. Triumph, se forma en Ontario en 1975 de la mano de Gil Moore- Batería y Vocales, Rik Emmett- Guitarras y Voces, y Mike Levine- Bajo y Coros, dando forma así a una de las bandas más importantes e influyentes de ese país que junto con leyendas como Rush, Saga o April Wine para mencionar algunos ejemplos, marcaron un importante hito en la música a mediados de la década de los 70´s, y que tendrían fuerte repercusión en los 80´s, principalmente en su legendaria presentación en el Festival de San Bernardino en 1983, y que compartiría cartel con Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Scorpions, Mötley Crüe, Quiet Riot, y Van Halen, siendo este uno de los momentos más importantes de su carrera hasta su parón en 1993 tras el lanzamiento de su álbum Edge of Excess, y haciendo apariciones especiales en 2008, y recientemente en 2019. En este reporte especial les ofrecemos además de una retrospectiva en su historia de su reciente inducción en el Canada's Walk of Fame, reediciones especiales en su discografía empezando por su compilación especial llamada Classics, y de otras nominaciones especiales por su trayectoria y actividades filantrópicas en beneficio de los habitantes de Mississauga. ¡Pero atención! Una noticia se revela en esta entrevista. A la par del Documental que se encuentra en desarrollo se ha anunciado por parte de nuestro invitado el lanzamiento de un álbum tributo dedicado a Triumph, en cual varias bandas haran sus versiones, y Mike Clink es el productor involucrado en este proyecto. Clink es recordado por trabajar con bandas como Megadeth, Guns N´Roses, Metallica, Annihilator, entre otros, y que para muchos sera un acto de justicia al legado de los Canadienses. Allied Forces That Lay On the Line Conexion Rock Radio in this episode of its international interviews honors the trajectory of a band that for many deserves the greatest recognition worldwide, for its history and discography, and that have left a legacy for the new generations that until today remains strong! In this special report we also offer a retrospective in his history of his recent induction in the Canada's Walk of Fame, special reissues in his discography starting with his special compilation called Classics, and other special nominations for his career and philanthropic activities for the benefit of the inhabitants of Mississauga.
